I am very much frustrated now and so finally decided I will take social media to share my feedback on Lennar Homes. Have been living in this new construction Lennar home in Odessa FL for 2 years now. The amount of issues we have had are honestly too many to fit in this box.
In 2013 I closed on a new construction Lennar home . This Lennar homeowner review comes from Texas and was originally posted on the Pissed Consumer review website. The person who took us through our walk through was so friendly and expertly answered all of our question. The builders who are completing the few remaining homes here are amazing. They never leave for the day without making our beautiful community looking like they were never here. The suite includes a separate entrance, kitchenette, living area, bedroom and bathroom. The possibilities are endless with a Next Gen® home.
From the beginning everyone was kind and informative. The day I signed the contract until they day I closed everyone involved went above and beyond in making this a smooth transition. It had been 15 years since my last purchase and move but everyone made my experience a positive and I am glad that I chose Lennar. Even with a couple of delays we had because of material shortage Lennar and the team made sure we had an amazing experience buying our dream home. We are extremely thankful to the LORD for this beautiful home. Moving from out of state was hard, but finally being here now and enjoying this home was well worth the wait.

Then we were told we had too much tape and the workers felt we were too picky. Missing a chunk of doorframe, a 6 inch section of wall not painted, cracked tiles is not being too picky. I warn anyone against purchasing a Lennar home.

My entire home buying experience with my LennarHome was a wonderful experience! She explained the process and was always available for my questions and/ or concerns. The quality of the home and price for the options I chose was comparable to other builders in the community.
When you contact Lennar, they will tell you someone will be there the next day first thing in the morning. All the while you are staying in a home with no working furnace during December. Think again before purchasing a Lennar home in Woodbridge Va. If you are planning on purchasing a Lennar home, DON't. Only purchase a new home if you don't mind a broken furnace, broken dishwasher, broken dryer and broken garage.
The whole home buying was straightforward and the Lennar employees were knowledgable and responsive to questions and concerns. My family and friends have been "wowed" by my new home and community. Each home comes outfitted with Lennar’s Everything’s Included® program, so popular features and upgrades are included at no extra cost.
Accommodate aging parents or young adults with a suite that provides a sense of independence while balancing family privacy and togetherness. Our house in Suwanee Ga was made by Lennar Homes and is very unsafe. I stepped on a carpet staple and got a hole in my foot because they left it bare and uncovered. I also called them twice to fix my porch, because puddles kept on forming after rainfall. They kept saying that there is no problem with the porch.
We even brought out a level to show it was uneven, but they were still too stubborn to listen. After they were done ruining it, it looked even worse. The second time they came, they made it even worse and left a mess of concrete on the porch. Now it makes your feet dirty with concrete every time you step on it barefoot.

From start to finish we’ve had a great experience with Lennar. Our salesperson and construction manager did an excellent job keeping us up to date on the progress of our home. Prior to closing we met twice with the construction manager to make sure any construction or quality issues were addressed. A few follow up issues came up after we moved in and Lennar was quick to correct them . We’ve been in our new home for about a month and a half and so far things couldn’t have gone better.
