The construction issues in his Lennar home began almost on day one and total nearly $300,000. Lennar senior executives went silent in the summer of 2017 and ignored all warranty claims. As someone else mentioned these homes are very expensive but it’s like they are put together with glue and tape. These are the most poorly built homes and they could care less. When we did our walkthrough they said put tape on any of the problems.
This is my third new Lennar home purchase and final. My previous home was a Brookstone- Onyx, the other was a Fairway- Wakefield and now Wildflower- Hanover. When I saw this floorplan, I was wowed away by th space, kitchen, two entrances to the master bed, floorplan, and location. The price was a never thought of price for this up and coming area. Let's just say i have a lot of equity after signing closing documents.

I'm going to name a few people who helped us get through this process and our experiences with them. In hopes of anyone who wants to try to use lennar for help purchasing a home can use these amazing people from start to finish. Next Gen is a home within a home that offers a separate entrance, kitchenette, living area, a bedroom or multi-use room, and a bathroom. Each Next Gen home offers a private suite that provides all the essentials multigenerational families need to work, learn, create or have a sense of independence. We purchased a “luxury” home from Lennar, only to receive terrible customer service from beginning to end. We were lied to multiple times, belittled, and ignored.
I wouldn’t wish this on even the people who are responsible. If you have had similar experiences with Lennar Homes, someone who has, or know anyone who can help, I’d love to hear from you. He stay on his phone the entire time when I would meet with him. He told me that the incentive funds could go towards my upgrade, I selected my upgrade and a few weeks. Later was told I had to pay for my upgrades and could no longer use the incentive for upgrading. Lennar delivered a solid home within the time frame expected.

I had a house built in Gold Canyon AZ. The roof leaked, the plumbing leaked, the sink drain leaked. The paint job is as sloppy as I’ve ever seen. By the time they get back into my house it will be one year from the start. In the review it mentioned an emmanuel was so impatient and rude and rushed the whole process. The emmanuel we worked with was very patient l, kind and listened to our needs while trying to find our home.
Looking to hire a builder?
Their is nothing i can say positive about my experience with them. Please stay away from lennar unless you have a lot of money to waste. Even then i suggest you burn it rather than paying these thieves. This would have been my fourth house purchased. The experience with the Huntsville Alabama team was so unbelievably unprofessional that I am still stunned. I met with the sales agent who never wrote anything down made me empty promises that were never realized.

I told him what I would like, how many bedrooms, bathrooms etc and a price range. He show me some models and allow me to visit the sites under different phase of construction, before i made a final selection. Overall, I am very, very happy with my home.
The person who took us through our walk through was so friendly and expertly answered all of our question. The builders who are completing the few remaining homes here are amazing. They never leave for the day without making our beautiful community looking like they were never here. The suite includes a separate entrance, kitchenette, living area, bedroom and bathroom. We even brought out a level to show it was uneven, but they were still too stubborn to listen. After they were done ruining it, it looked even worse. The second time they came, they made it even worse and left a mess of concrete on the porch. Now it makes your feet dirty with concrete every time you step on it barefoot.

Heather with Lennar Mortgage was amazing, experienced and we were lucky to have her on the financing end of the purchase. The home is built beautifully, quality workmanship for a home that is built en-mass. Otherwise, the process of filing issues thru MyLennar needing to be addressed after move-in has been wonderful. Lennar Corporation, founded in 1954, is one of the nation’s leading builders of quality homes for all generations.
I am very much frustrated now and so finally decided I will take social media to share my feedback on Lennar Homes. Have been living in this new construction Lennar home in Odessa FL for 2 years now. The amount of issues we have had are honestly too many to fit in this box.
